  • Take on the role of an interdimensional advanced Demonic being hellbent on unleashing a God of Chaos into Earth’s dimension.
  • Travel to Earth through a Dimensional Gateway and begin your rampage.
  • Discover the ability to harvest the Souls of those you have slain to power your defenses.
  • Summon additional defensive assistance using Souls as a resource.
  • Grow in strength as the total amount of harvested souls increases and the total amount needed to sacrifice to the Chaos God draws closer.

  • Be chaos itself and harvest the lives of all who oppose you to meet your goals of bringing forth an unspeakable God of Chaos into the dimension. 
  • Overwhelm the forces of good with advanced demonic technology, maneuverability and strength.

Mechanics

Soul Currency on Enemy Death

Souls of all who oppose the Herald of Chaos are harvested on death in order to fuel the fight ahead.

Upon Collection, Souls are added to the Soul Counter total located on the right of the HUD.

Souls can be collected from individual soldiers, innocent civilians, tanks (manned by soliders) and even after leveling entire buildings!

AOE Basic Attack / Soul Shield Activation

Deliver a swift AOE blow to all around you using your Chaos Hammer and collect the associated Souls to power your Soul Shield for the battle ahead!

The Soul Shield is the Herald of Chaos' go-to defensive tool against the forces of Earth.

The Herald's base health pool is always minimal so if the Soul Shield drops, odds are so will you shortly after!

Heavy Ground Smash (Ranged)

A heavier, slower version of the Basic attack that strikes foes in a long vertical column.

The strength of this attack is demonstrated by its ability to collapse area geometry and use the terrain against would-be attackers. 

Demonic Lift / Throw

Treat the Military forces strongest weapons like the toys they are!

Charged Jump

Reach the highest of peaks with the Charged Jump, always a great option when used in tandem with the Air Dash. (See Air Dash below)

Charge Forward / Stamina

Immovable object in your way? No problem! You are an interdimensional demonic being afterall, so just charge straight through ;)
Be wary however as such a move does drain stamina so if you intended to sprint, plan accordingly. 

Dodge (Left / Right)

An important self explanatory maneuver in combat situations.  

Air Dash

Used in combination with the Charged Jump, this allows the Herald to reach areas just out of reach or as a quicker method to navigate the area!
